Prop Firm Trade Copier

Trade Copier Built for Prop Firms

The only trade copier designed specifically for prop firm traders. Built-in risk management respects your firm's rules.

Prop Firm Safe

EvalItUp is designed for prop firm rules. P&L guards, daily loss limits, and trailing drawdown protection are built in.

Why Prop Firms Need a Specialized Copier

Generic trade copiers don't understand prop firm rules. One bad trade can blow multiple evaluations.

Generic Trade Copiers

  • Copy every trade to every account
  • No daily loss protection
  • No trailing drawdown awareness
  • One losing streak = all accounts blown

EvalItUp

  • Smart dispatching distributes risk
  • Per-account daily loss limits
  • Trailing drawdown guards
  • Protect accounts automatically

Signal Sources for Prop Firms

Understanding Dispatching for Prop Firms

Dispatching is the killer feature for multi-account prop firm traders. Instead of copying every trade to all accounts (risky), you distribute trades intelligently.

Example: 10 Accounts, -$200 Losing Trade

Copy All Mode

10 accounts × -$200 = -$2,000 total loss

All accounts are impacted. If you have 5 losing trades in a row, that's -$10,000 total.

Round Robin Mode

1 account × -$200 = -$200 total loss

Only 1 account is impacted. The other 9 are protected.

Which Mode to Use?

Copy All

Use Copy All when you have a proven edge and want to maximize profits on each trade.

Round Robin

Use Round Robin to distribute trades evenly across all accounts.

Headroom

Use Headroom First to protect accounts close to their loss limits.

Risk Features for Prop Firms

Max Loss per Account

Set a maximum loss limit per account. When it is reached, the account is automatically disabled and receives no new trades.

Apex 50K: set -$2,500 ($500 buffer before the official $3,000 limit)

Target Gain per Account

Set a profit target. Once reached, the account is disabled to lock in gains and avoid giving profits back.

Apex 50K: set $3,000 to pass the evaluation, then stop

Headroom First Mode

EvalItUp routes trades to the accounts with the largest safety margin before reaching their limits.

Account A: P&L -$300, headroom $700. Account B: P&L +$500, headroom $1,500. → The trade goes to B.

Risk Distribution

Instead of copying to every account, route each trade to a single account. Round Robin, Balanced Random, Quota — 8 modes available.

10 accounts, Round Robin mode: each trade goes to the next account. One losing trade = 1 account impacted, not 10.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is using a trade copier allowed by prop firms?

Yes. Most prop firms allow trade copiers. EvalItUp uses the same Rithmic API as your trading platform.

How does the trailing drawdown guard work?

You set your firm's trailing drawdown limit. EvalItUp tracks P&L and pauses accounts approaching the threshold.

Can I run different strategies on different accounts?

Yes. Create separate pools for each strategy with their own risk parameters.

What if I fail an evaluation?

Simply remove the account and add your new one. No additional cost.

How many accounts can I manage?

Unlimited on paid plans. Start free with 2 accounts.

Can I manage accounts from different prop firms together?

Yes. You can have Apex, TopstepX, and Bulenox accounts in the same pool. Each account has its own P&L guards configured according to its prop firm's rules.

Does EvalItUp automatically close positions when a guard is triggered?

No. Guards disable the account for new trades but don't close existing positions. This is intentional — you keep control over managing your open positions.

How many prop firm accounts can I manage?

Unlimited on paid plans. Free plan allows 2 accounts. Some traders manage 50+ evaluation accounts with EvalItUp.
